Dr. Tarryn MacCarthy is The Transformational Mindset and Happiness Coach for Dental Professionals. 

Host of The Business of Happiness Podcast, she is an Orthodontist, Author, Keynote Speaker, Dental Life Coach, and Rapid Transformational Therapist.  

After only 7 years of clinical orthodontics and solo practice ownership, Tarryn experienced a breakdown and severe clinical burnout. She fire sold her practice, fled the state, and literally and figuratively ran from everything in her life. The one thing she couldn’t run from was herself.  

What followed was a journey of reclamation of the self that she had disconnected from decades earlier. 5 years later she would go on to open a scratch-start practice and grow it to be the largest Invisalign practice in her state. After 23 years in clinical dentistry she now coaches other dentists on reconnecting to themselves in order to step into their true power. 

In her unparalleled program, “Radical Happiness”, she teaches how to harness the power within.
